EB-1 visa

EB-1A: Extraordinary Ability

• Individuals with extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics which has been demonstrated by sustained national or international acclaim.
• They must provide extensive documentation showing their achievements, such as awards, media recognition, publications, or significant contributions to their field.

EB-1B: Outstanding Professors and Researchers

• Individuals who are recognized internationally as outstanding in a specific academic area.
• They must have at least three years of experience in teaching or research in that academic area, and must be entering the U.S. to pursue tenure or tenure-track teaching or comparable research position at a university or other institution of higher education.

EB-1C: Multinational Managers and Executives

• Executives or managers who have been employed for at least one of the three preceding years by the overseas affiliate, parent, subsidiary, or branch of the U.S. employer.
• The individual must be coming to the U.S. to continue to work for the same employer or a subsidiary or affiliate in a managerial or executive capacity.
